Joseph Picone & Son is a 3rd generation real estate business starting from manually manufacturing concrete blocks and evolving through the years to become one of Long Islands well-recognized real estate firms.
From its humble roots of manufacturing concrete products at their family home in the Brooklyn region, they built on the growth, expansion of Long Island and the surrounding area. Through the years the family has grown in the Construction & Real Estate industry providing commercial, industrial and residential endeavors.
Today Joseph Picone Jr, his family and staff work hand and hand in all phases of developing and managing an array of real estate property from commercial and residential property, creating and growing for the future.
